All the photos shown in the www.stonek.com site and  titled as "d. stonek" are copyright of Daniel Stonek, fax (++598 2) 486 0353, Montevideo, Uruguay, except for the old Montevideo and Punta del Este photos (*)

It is not allowed to use photos contained in PHOTOGRAPHIES FOR CATALOGS, LOCATIONS PHOTOS and PRESS RELEASES
whether the original images or with any changes whatsoever.

Photos from the Photo Gallery title that are not in the previous categories may be used digitally (without alterations apart from partial framings), for non-commercial purposes prior notice to:

EXAMPLE

In cases of commercial purposes or others that would not be clearly-defined, a specific authorization must be requested to . The address where the photos will be later used has to be indicated.
Once the authorization is received, ,the use conditions are the same than those mentioned above.

All the photos are available at larger sizes.  Prices vary according to use purposes.

To ask for an ESTIMATE please send en e-mail to with a list of the photos you are interested in (codes or filenames). 

To ask for an ESTIMATE please provide: 1) Media where the photos are intended to be used, 2) Approximate size and resolution, 3) Space of use.

The photographies that illustrate this site are properly registered with the exception of those of old Montevideo and Punta del Este.
Its non-authorized use shall lead to legal actions.

(*) Those of old Montevideo are taken from diverse public media, in wich the author or the owner of the photo is not mentioned.
Those of old Punta del Este are Roberto di Cesare's. They are published on account of its historical and comparative interest.
They are not marketable.
